Lack of Meditation equals Pre-Meditation.

The proposed legal argument "Lack of Meditation equals Pre-Meditation" has probably never been tried before. If ever there was a case in which pre-meditation can be proven by actions taken at the scene of a crime, then the George Floyd Torture torture tragedy would be the case.

Eight minutes and forty seconds does not a split second decision make. Our petition requests that the Floyd family and Attorney Benjamin Crump decide if "lack of meditation means pre-meditation" is something they agree with. If they do, then we hope they discuss this option with the Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison who in turn can figure out how to present such a claim to the Judge.

If the Judge says no, then don't make Murder-1 an option, if the Judge says yes, then put Murder-1 on the table along with Murder-2 and whatever option is allowed.
